摘要
在高校人才引进工作的催化下,青年教师的比例逐年提升,因此,如何科学地引导青年人才实现有效的价值转换和进行相应的组织化设计和指导,乃是高校人事组织部门在人力资源管理与开发中需要不断加强和深化研究的重要课题。从高职院校人力资源开发实际出发,提出了完善青年人才教育机制,培养"双师型"高素质队伍;强化青年人才服务体系,推动"资本化"双向度循环等相关的组织管理策略。
More and more young men choose to work in colleges and universities, especially in those of vo- cational education, in recent years. As a result, the percentage of young teachers has witnessed a rapid in- crease. Therefore, departments of human resources therein should pay due attention to the value changes and development of young teachers. In respect to the status quo of HR development in institutions of high- er vocational education, this paper puts forward some managing strategies, including the perfection of young teacher educational system, the strengthening of young teacher service system.
