Based on social physics, this paper constructed the early-warning system and early-warning mechanism of enterprise manage- ment. The early-warning mechanism is made up of seven major parts ： organizational environment system, organizational goal system, organizational strategy system, organizational structure system, organizational structure system, organizational personnel system, organi- zational leadership system.
