College Law Education and the Shaping of Students' Personality in the Spirit of Law

学生法治人格的塑造,无论对法学教育和法律本身,还是对建设法治国家来说,都具有极其重要的意义。传统法学教育注重法律知识传授和法律技能训练,但忽视法治人格塑造;法治发达国家注重学生法治人格塑造的理念和做法,值得学习借鉴。法学教育应重视学生法治人格的塑造,树立立体化、全过程教育理念,整合利用不同学科资源,营造教育文化生态,优化课程体系和教学方法,促使学生内化法律知识,领悟法律精神,升华法律信仰,养成法治人格。

It is of great importance to shape college students＇ personality in the spirit of law, not only for law education but also for the construction of a country under the spirit of law. Traditional law education is focused on the acquisition of legal knowledge and the training of legal skills, neglecting the shaping of per- sonality in the spirit of law. In contrast, the law education in developed countries pays much more attention to the shaping of personality, which is worth learning. To shape college students＇ personality in the spirit of law, domestic law educators should form an all-direction and process-through philosophy of education, integrate all resources available in different disciplines, create an ecology of educational culture, opti- mize the curriculum system and teaching methods, and help the students to acquire legal knowledge, understand the spirit of law, sublimate their faith and trust of law, and nurture a sound personality in the spirit of law.
