First, the paper introduces the concept of POS replenishment system according to QR and develops the goods operation pattern of chain store＇ s POS replenishment system. Then, the author points out the impact of POS replenishment system on the chain store. Finally the author tests POS replenishment system in an experiment. This study can improve the service and operating efficiency of chain store.
