家长式领导风格量表的修订

Edition of Stylistic Measurement Table of Parental Administration

本文对台湾学者郑伯埙等人编制的家长式领导风格量表进行修订，确定我国高校中家长式领导的结构。研究结果表明，修订后的量表各项拟合指数均符合心理测量学的要求，模型拟合较好，修订版本具有较好的结构效度，三个分量表和总量表的内部一致性系数（0．86～0．96）均较高，具有较好的可靠性和稳定性。

By editing the stylistic measurement table of parental administration compiled by Zheng Boxun, a Taiwan Residents expert, this thesis fixes the structure of parental administration in higher education in China. The research shows that the various indicators in edited table accords with the requirements of psychometrics and enjoys good structure effectiveness. The interior coherence co - efficiency of the three sub - tables and the general table is very high（0. 860.96）and has great reliability and stability.
