The alarm call center system can be widely applied to national defense, public order, people＇s livelihood and other aspects. A design concept of alarm call center system has been advanced in the paper, system＇s organizational structure as well as the software design pattern has been analysised, one kind of actual solutions about the warning call central system has been proposed, which will greatly raise the present warning call system＇s reactionrate and the working efficiency.
