摘要 背景:Cercon氧化锆全瓷修复系统是近年兴起的一种氧化锆陶瓷修复系统。该技术以氧化锆作为底层材料,低温陶瓷作饰面瓷修复患牙,其底层材料的透射率直接影响修复的整体效果。目的:通过对Cercon氧化锆底层材料光谱反射率的测定和分析,对其颜色变化特点作一定的研究。设计、时间及地点:2008-10/2008-11在四川大学华西口腔医学院,口腔疾病研究国家重点实验室完成。材料:Cercon base氧化锆陶瓷材料为德国DeguDent公司产品。方法:将Cercon氧化锆底层材料切割成标准试件,使用Cercon Heat氧化锆高温烧结炉完全烧结后,打磨抛光,并按照饰面瓷烧结程序烧结,使用PR650光谱光度/色度计测定其烧结前后的光谱反射率,最后采用spss12.0统计学分析软件数据进行统计分析。主要观察指标:对Cercon氧化锆底层材料在烧结前后反射光谱的相关颜色参数进行观察,包括主波长(色相)、兴奋纯(彩度)和光谱反射率。结果:氧化锆粗胚烧结时只是晶相变化,少有化学反应和分子结构的变化,烧结前后为同一物质。氧化锆粗胚烧结时兴奋纯升高(P<0.05),而反射率则下降(P<0.05)。结论:烧结对Cercon氧化锆底层材料的兴奋纯及反射率均有一定影响,氧化锆材料机械性能改变对显色有一定影响。 BACKGROUND: Cercon zirconia, one of the all ceramics restorations systems, is a new rising kind of zirconia rehabilitations in recent years. The zirconia material is used to fabricate the core with the low-temperature ceramics utilized as veneer porcelain. The transmission rate of the material plays an important role in directly influencing the overall effect of prosthetics. OBJECTIVE : To apply a series of measurements and analyses of spectral activity parameters of Cercon zirconia so as to study the features on the porcelain color changes. DESIG TIME AND SETTING:This experiment was performed at West China Hospital of Stomatology of Sichuan University and State Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases from October to November 2008. MATERIALS: Cercon base zirconia ceramics was provided by DeguDent Company, Germany.METHODS: The standard test specimens of chipped zirconia core materials were established. After sintered in the Cercon heat stove, the specimens were all polished and sintered as veneer porcelain. And then PR650 spectra luminosity & chroma meter was applied to measure the spectral refiectivity before and after sintering. Finally, SPSS 12.0 software package was employed to analyze the data. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Dominant wavelength (hue), saturation (chroma), and spectral reflectivity. RESULTS: The changes in the Cercon zirconia raw moulds were only the crystalline phase, along with few chemical reactions and few changes of molecular structure, which indicated that the experimental ceramics were almost the same before and after sintering. The saturation was significantly increased while the zirconia raw moulds were sintering (P 〈 0.05), but the spectral reflectivity was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION : Sintering has a certain effects on saturation and spectral reflectivity of Cercon zirconia core materials; in addition, changes of mechanical features play a key role in coloration.
