摘要 女性盆底障碍性疾病,由于盆腔组织缺陷的部位不同,可导致不同类型的盆底器官脱垂,如子宫脱垂,阴道前、后壁脱垂或阴道穹窿膨出等,同时可伴有压力性尿失禁。传统的手术方式多将薄弱组织反复加固,并不能真正提高对抗腹压的强度。随着人类寿命的延长和对生活质量要求的提高,盆底手术目的不仅仅是修补缺陷,还应实现盆底结构和功能的重建。近年来,盆底缺陷修复和重建手术有了较大进步,补片是重要的盆底组织替代物,能够替代薄弱受损的盆底筋膜组织,在盆底重建手术中的应用越来越广泛。 Female pelvic floor dysfunction may cause prolapse of various pelvic floor organs, such as uterine prolapse, anterior and posterior wall prolapse of vagina, and fundus of vagina, due to different vicious sites of pelvic cavity tissues, frequently accompanying with stress incontinence. Conventionally, weak tissues were strengthened again and again; however, that could not enhance intensity of anti-abdominal pressure. With the elongation of life time and improvement of quality of life, the operation of pelvic floor is not only used to repair defected tissues, but also to achieve structural and functional reconstruction of pelvic floor. During recent years, defect repairing and reconstruction of pelvic floor have developed to a certain degree. Biological mesh is an important surrogate for pelvic floor tissue because of replacing the defected pelvic floor fascia tissue, so it will be used for reconstruction of pelvic floor as frequently as possibly.
