摘要
该文分析了注塑成型制品的功能要求与树脂材料性质之间的作用关系,采用模糊手段表示了对材料的选定度,提出了一种基于神经网络的注塑制品的材料选择方法。利用训练样本使一个BP神经网络学习选择材料的知识,利用测试样本验证此网络的能力。结果表明该方法能较好地解决树脂材料的选择问题。
Relation between the functions of the plastic part and plastic materials is analyzed.The selection degree to materials is described by way of fuzzy mathematics method. A method in selection material for injection modled plastic based on artificial neural network is introduced.A prastical neural network of BP model is acquired after trained with a learning samples set, which consists of materials selection knowledge.A testing samples set is used to check the power of the BP network.The result shows that this method can fairly well solve the problem in plastic material selecting.
