摘要
中国传统文化中积淀、传承着中华民族的大量心理习俗,当中孕育、发展的心理健康思想是中国人人格结构的有机组成部分。中国传统文化中的心理健康思想主要沿着四个途径延伸发展:一是以思维方式传承的心理健康思想;二是以行为规范传承的心理健康思想;三是以健身养生方式传承的身心健康思想;四是民间传承的维护心理健康的朴素知识、技巧和实用策略。不同途径传承的心理健康思想在形式上相互交叉重叠,在内容和本质上交互作用,呈现出以和谐为核心,以变化为基态,以中和为手段,以平衡为基点的特征。这一辩证发展的和谐健康观,一直对中国人的健康认知和健康行为产生着潜移默化的影响,是构建中国特色心理健康服务体系的重要理论基础。
In traditional Chinese culture there were a number of mental habitudes in which the mental health ideas are the crucial part of Chinese character. The mental health ideas developed in four ways in traditional Chinese culture. The first was the development by means of thinking styles. The second was to hand down by conduct of criterion. The third was to hand down by fitted body and mind of life styles, and the last was to hand down by folk tradition of maintained mental health of knowledge, skill and strategies. The forms and contents of mental health ideas inherited in different ways were interweaved and interacted. The traditional Chinese culture exerts a subtle impact on mental health cognition and the behavior of Chinese people. This is an important foundation for constructing Chinese characteristic service system of mental health.
