监察制度是政治体制中的重要环节,而对监察官员管理的成功与否,则对监察制度的运行优劣至关重要。清代的行政管理制度集历代之大成,单从技术角度讲,其对监察官员的管理制度是十分严密和科学的,对清代监察机制乃至整个政治体制的运行,发挥了重要的作用。

The system of supervision is an important part in political system. Whether it works well or not depends on the management of supervisory officials. The management system in the Qing Dynasty is a comprehensive one that adopted the past dynasties. From the point of technology, the system of managing the supervisory officials is very tight and scientific. The supervisory mechanism exerts an important effect on the entire political operation of the Qing Dynasty. This paper discusses the management of the Qing Dynasty supervisory officials so as to provide a reference for the improvement of today＇s supervisory system.
