头孢他定复合三金片治疗急性肾盂肾炎38例临床观察

Study of treatment with ceftazidime combine with Sanjin tablet on acute pyelonephritis

目的观察头孢他定复合三金片治疗肾盂肾炎的疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院就诊确诊急慢性肾盂肾炎患者68例,随机分两组:头孢他定组,头孢他啶2 g溶于0.9%生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,每12 h 1次:头孢他定复合三金片组,头孢他啶1 g溶于0.9%生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,每12 h 1次;三金片每次3粒,3次/d,疗程均为2周。结果头孢他定组与头孢他定复合三金片组疗效总有效率无统计学差异;后组腰酸痛、神疲乏力消除时间快于前组;后组不良反应低于前组。结论头孢他定复合三金片治疗急性肾盂肾炎更安全。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ceftazidime combine with Sanjin tablet on acute pyelonephritis. Method 86 patients with acute pyelonephritis were randomly distributed into ceftazidime combine with Sanjin tablet group （ experimental group） and ceftazidime group （control group）. The protocol as followed：in control group,2 g of ceftasidime was dissolved into normal saline and intravenous drip,once per12 h;in experimental group,1 g of coftazidime was dissolved into normal saline and intravenous drip,once per12 h, Sanjin tablet was administered 3 tablets per time,three times per day; all patients were treated for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate in both groups showed no significant difference ;the elimination time of waist ache and fatigue in experimental group was shorter than that in control group ;the adverse effects in experimental group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion The treatment of ceftazidime combine with Sanjin tablet on acute pyelonephritis was more safety than ceftazidime alone.
