摘要
网络民意是民众通过互联网这个渠道而表达出来的意见、观点和诉求等的总称。与传统民意表达方式相比,网络民意具有自身的特点,其对中国的民主政治建设有着特殊的意义,它关乎民生、民主与民力问题,是党和政府必须重视的民意反映方式。正确对待网络民意,领导干部的态度尤为重要。
Netizen opinions are the overall of opinion,idea and demand which are expressed on inter- net. Compared to conventional expression of public opinions, netizen opinions have their own characteristics and peculiar significance to Chinese democratic politics . They are related to problems of people＇ s livelihood, democracy and people＇s strength. Our Party and government should treat seriously the new way of reflection of public opinion . Treating netizen opinions rightfully, the leading cadres＇ attitude is especially important.
