中小学教育评价模式改革刍议

Probes into the Evaluating Mode Reform of High and Elementary School Education

纸笔考试作为传统的教育评价方式,有它的时代局限性,现在教育评价改革势在必行。教育评价改革必须遵循以下原则:客观性和科学性,时代性和发展性,多元性和层次性。现代国外有很多教育评价的新模式值得我国教育参考和借鉴,如实行等级评价制度、特长证书评价制度、成长记录袋等。根据我国国情和教育现状,教育评价改革应该采取有效措施,从源头上改革对教育价值的评价,加大政府教育投资,延长义务教育年限,扩大高校特长招生、推荐免试的比例与范围,大力鼓励和提倡教育评价改革。

What has an examination on paper is a traditional education evaluation mode that has some historical limitations in our country nowadays. So, It is imperative to be innovated, and it must keep the principles as follows：objective and scientific, times and development, deversifications and stages. Now, there are many education evaluation modes which we can use for reference. For instance, grading eval- uation system, one~ strong suit certificate, growing register,and so on.. Due to the present education situation of our country, education evaluation should adopt effective measures to reform from the head- stream of the evaluation to education value, enlarge governm of compulsory education, broaden colleges recruit specialty dation studengts, utmost encourage and advocate education ent education investment, extend the longth students, widen the scale of the recommenevaluation reform.
