摘要 根据某变电站一起66 kV高压并联电容器故障,通过对电容器产品设计参数、生产工艺、结构和材料质量、外熔丝、电容器元件损坏、电容器差流保护定值设定等几个方面的分析,得出故障由个别产品存在绝缘缺陷,继电保护定值的设置,外熔断器质量等多个因素综合作用而形成。最后根据多方面的综合分析得出故障的原因,并提出避免此类事故的建议。 According to a fault of 66 kV high voltage shunt capacitors in one power substation, this paper analyzes some aspects such as, product design parameters, product technology quality, product structure and material quality, external fuse, and so on. It can be found that the fault is due to the synthesis of insulating deficiency of some products, definite value of relay protection, and quality of external fuse. Furthermore, the fault causes are concluded based on synthesis analysis, and suggestions are put forward in order to avoid similar faults.
