舰载通信安全设备是舰艇的重要通信设备,担负着海上舰艇与各种信息平台之间重要信息的加解密及传递任务,是保障海上作战指挥的重要环节,对其进行效能分析及评估研究显得尤为重要和迫切。针对舰载通信安全设备的自身特点,通过对设备结构和功能的系统分析,建立了舰载通信安全设备的效能评估指标体系,给出了基于模糊综合评判的舰载通信安全设备效能评估方法,实例验证了模型及方法的可行性和有效性,为设备的设计、研制等提供了依据。

Ship communication security equipment is the main communication equipment of naval vessel,it takes on the task of encrypting or decrypting and transfering important information between ships and other information carriers. So it is important and exigent to evaluate the effectivness of ship communication security equipment. The evaluation index system of ship communication security equipment is established, according to the configuration and function of the communication security equipment. The model of ship communication security equipment based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation is presented with an example, and the example validate the feasibility and practicability of the model and method which can provide a gist for design, manufacture and estimation of the equipment.
