摘要
目的探讨高校学生亚健康状态的主要表现及影响因素。方法通过总结近十年来有关大学生健康状况的主要调查研究,得出大学生亚健康状况的症状表现及主要影响因素,并分别从中西医角度认识其发病因素。
Objective To study the main symptoms and the influence factors of college students in sub-health. Methods Through summarizing literatures about researching college students being in sub-health of the recent decade, their main symptoms and the influence factors are find. Then we can analysis the reason of the phenomenon.
