非婚生子女人权保护现状、原因及对策

Existing Conditions,Reasons and Countermeasures for the Protection of Illegitimate Children's Human Rights

我国非婚生子女人权保护现状不容乐观,就其原因有思想认识上的误区,也有现有制度设计上的障碍。我们应该在人权保护的理念下,从加大非婚生子女人权保护研究、完善相关法律制度、保障现行法律有效实施、改革现行户籍制度等方面入手,为非婚生子女提供良好的成长发展环境。

At present in our country the existing condition of protection of illegitimate children＇s human rights is hardly optimistic. The misunderstanding in thinking and handicaps in the system might be the reasons. We should provide a better living environment for the illegitimate children with the idea of protection of human rights and try to do these things for them： strengthen the study of the protection of illegitimate children＇s human rights; perfect the relevant law system ; guarantee the implementation of the law in its present form ; and reform the existing household register system.
