摘要
通过人工感染高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)观察猪肺脏的组织病理学变化以及扫描电镜下的形态学变化。将14头健康猪分成试验组和对照组,用高致病性PRRSV变异株感染试验组10头猪。组织病理学变化表明,攻毒猪在第9天以渗出性炎症为主,第14天出现典型的间质性肺炎变化,第28天肺脏间质性肺炎病变基本消失。扫描电镜观察表明攻毒猪第9天肺泡壁破坏严重,肺泡腔内有大量细胞成分;第14天肺泡壁增厚,肺泡间隔出现大量增生的细胞成分,肺泡内壁粗糙并粘附着许多细胞成分。结合组织病理学和扫描电镜同步观察猪高致病性PRRS肺组织的结构变化为研究高致病性PRRSV侵害肺脏组织的机理开辟了一条新途径。
Artificially infected highly pathogenic porcine reproductive (PRRSV) and respiratory syndrome virus were used to observe the histopathological changes in the pig lungs and morphological changes of the lungs by scanning electron microscope. Fourteen healthy pigs were randomly divided into test group and control group. Ten pigs in the test group were inoculated with variant strains of PRRSV. The histopathological changes showed exudative inflammation among infected pigs at Day 9 post infection and typical interstitial pneumonitis at Day 14. Interstitial pneumonitis almost disappeared at Day 28. Scanning electron microscope observation indicates that at Day 9, the alveolar walls of infected pigs were severely destroyed. Rich components of cells were found in the alveolar space. At Day 14, the alveolar wall was thickened with massive cell proliferation at the intervals of pulmonary alveoli. The intine was coarse with high levels of cell adhesion. Using histopathology in conjunction with scanning electron microscope to observe the pathological changes in the lungs of PRRSV inoculated pigs has provided a new method for studying lungs infected by PRRSV.
