3种浙江特产濒危植物气体交换特征和叶绿素荧光特性研究 被引量:16

Comparison of Gas Exchange and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters in Three Endangered Species of Zhejiang Province

摘要 在自然条件下,测定了普陀鹅耳枥(Carpinus putoensis),天目铁木(Ostrya rehderiana)和羊角槭(Acer yangjuechi)植物叶片的气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,并对其进行比较。结果表明,3种植物的光补偿点差异较大,其中羊角槭最低,为21.15μmol·m-2·s-1,明显低于其他2个种(分别为164.28和417.10μmol·m-2·s-1);3种植物的最大净光合速率(CO2)存在一定差异,其中普陀鹅耳枥和羊角槭较高,分别为5.52和4.17μmol·m-2·s-1,显著高于天目铁木1.39μmol·m-2·s-1),表明普陀鹅耳枥和羊角槭具有较强的光合能力。羊角槭和普陀鹅耳枥的PSⅡ总的光化学量子产额(Yield)为0.748和0.718,分别是天目铁木的1.24和1.19倍;羊角槭和普陀鹅耳枥的光化学淬灭(qP)为0.953和0.949,分别是天目铁木的1.03和1.02倍。这些荧光指标表明羊角槭和普陀鹅耳枥具有较高的电子传递活性和光能转化效率。 Gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in leaves of three endangered species including Carpinus putoensis, Ostrya rehderiana and A cer yangjuechi were determined under natural conditions. The results showed that light compensation point is quite different in those three endangered species, in A. yangjuechi it is lower (21.15 μmol·m^-2·s^-1) than that in the other two species (respectively 164.28, 417.10 μmol·m^-2·s^-1). Maximum net photosynthetic rate (CO2) in C. putoensis and A. yangjuechi is higher (respectively 5.52,4.17 μmol·m^-2·s^-1) than that in O. rehderiana (1.39 μmol·m^-2·s^-1), indicating that C. putoensis and A. yansiuechi had higher photosynthetic capacity and stronger utilization ability for light energy. The PSⅡ efficiency (Yield) in A. yangjuechi and C. putoensis were 1.24 and 1.19 times than that in O. rehderiana, and photochemical quenching (qP) in A. yangjuechi and C. putoensis were 1.03 and 1.02 times than that of in O. rehderiana. Those above results indicated that A. yangjuechi and C. putoensis had a higher quantum yield and a higher efficiency in conversion of light energy.
