运动再学习法对椎动脉型颈椎病平衡功能的影响 被引量:4

The Effects of Motor Relearning Programme Training on Balance Function of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

摘要 目的:观察运动再学习法对椎动脉型颈椎病平衡功能的影响。方法:60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组静脉滴注甘露醇及丁咯地尔等治疗;观察组在此基础上给予运动再学习法训练,包括仰卧位床边坐起、坐位平衡、站与坐起、站位平衡及行走训练等。结果:治疗后3、7及14d2组眩晕等级评分与治疗前比较均下降(P〈0.05和0.01),观察组更明显低于对照组(P〈0.05,0.01)。Berg平衡量表评分在3、7及14d时2组与治疗前比较均明显上升(P〈0.01);观察组各时间段均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。脑干诱发电位2组患者治疗前与治疗3、7d时Ⅰ~Ⅲ波潜伏期比较差异无统计学意义;治疗14d时观察组潜伏期明显短于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:配合运动再学习法有显著提高椎动脉型颈椎病患者平衡功能恢复的作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of motor relearning programme (MRP) training on balance function of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n= 30). Patients in the control group were subjected to routine medicine therapy, while those in treatment group received routine medicine therapy and the MRP rehabilitation treatment. The therapeutic duration was 14 days in both groups. The balance function of these patients was assessed by the score of vertigo, Berg balance scale and brainstem auditory evoked potential. Results: The score of vertigo in both groups was decreased at the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after treatment, and the score in treatment group was lower (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Berg balance scale in both groups was increased at the 7th and 14th day after treatment, and the Berg balance scale in treatment group was higher (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the latency of wave Ⅰ -- Ⅲ of brainstem auditory evoked potential in both groups before and 3, 7 days after treatment, while the latency at the 14th day after treatment was shorter in treatment group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The MRP training can promote the recovery of balance function of the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
