脑瘫对患儿父母生存质量的影响

Effects of Cerebral Palsy on Quality of Life of Children's Parents

目的:探讨子女患有脑瘫对父母生存质量的影响程度。方法:采用SF-36作为儿童父母生存质量的测定工具,分别对113例脑瘫患儿父母(脑瘫组),52例一般疾病患儿父母(疾病组)及314例正常儿童父母(正常组)进行生存质量测定量表(SF-36)评定,并比较三者间的差异。结果:脑瘫组父母SF-36各单因素在生理职能(73.4±38.9)、躯体疼痛(83.4±16.6)、一般健康状况(66.2±21.4)、精力(65.0±20.8)、社会功能(80.2±19.7)、情感职能(62.4±43.4)及精神健康(69.8±17.3)7个领域的生存质量均低于正常组(90.9±37.0、87.7±15.6、80.2±15.2、76.7±15.6、92.8±29.4、88.4±25.9、82.3±28.0,P<0.05);在精力、社会功能、精神健康方面低于疾病组(75.7±15.3、88.9±14.3、80.8±12.6,P<0.05)。结论:子女患有脑瘫给父母的生存质量带来严重的影响,因此社会要高度关注这类疾病患儿的家庭。

Objective： To study the effects of cerebral palsy on quality of life of children＇s parents. Methods： SF-36 was used to measure parent＇s quality of life of 113 children with cerebral palsy, 52 children with common illness, and 314 normal children. Results： The quality of life of patients in cerebral palsy group was lower than in normal group in Role Physical （73.4±38.9）, Bodily Pain （83.4±16.6）, General Health （66.2±21.4）, Vitality （65.0±20.8）, Social Functioning （80.2±19.7）, Role-Emotional （62.4±43.4）, and Mental Health （69.8±17.3） with the difference being significant（90. 9±37. 0.87. 7±15. 6、80. 2±15. 2、76. 7±15. 6、92. 8±29. 4、88. 4±25. 9、82. 3±28. 0,P〈0. 05）. The quality of life of patients in cerebral palsy group was lower than in common illness group in Vitality, Social Functioning and Mental Health with the difference being also significant. Conclusion： Children with cerebral palsy took grievous influence on parent＇s quality of life.
