Study Progress on Callus Inducement of Different Maize Explants

随着植物基因工程的发展,玉米的遗传转化已由理论研究转向应用研究,玉米组织培养是遗传转化中的一个基础而重要的环节。组织培养技术在玉米转基因育种中日益受到重视。本文从不同基因型玉米的幼胚、茎尖、成熟胚出发,综述了近年来玉米组织培养及植株再生的研究进展、影响因素以及存在的问题和解决办法。

With the development of plant genetic engineering, the genetic transformation of maize has changed from theoretical research to applied research. Tissue culture is the basal and important part of maize genetic transformation, so it has been paid more attention in maize transgene breeding. Based on the explants of immature embryo, shoot tip and mature embryo of different genotypes maize, the recent research progress, the influencing factors, the problems and the solutions on maize tissue culture and plant regeneration were reviewed.
