不同形态氮与钙配施对小白菜体内钙形态及含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 盆栽试验结果表明,不同形态氮与钙配施对小白菜品质、体内钙形态及含量均有显著影响。适宜的钙水平可显著提高小白菜的产量,并降低硝酸盐的含量。施用钙肥后,除Res-Ca外,小白菜体内全钙及其它5种形态钙的含量均显著增加。综合考虑各项指标,3种施氮方式对小白菜生长及品质影响的优劣顺序为:硝态氮、铵态氮配施(1∶1)>单施硝态氮>单施铵态氮;适宜的施钙浓度为600 mg/kg。硝态氮、铵态氮(1∶1)配施+钙600 mg/kg的配施方式,可在提高小白菜产量和品质的基础上增加其体内的全钙含量。 The pot experiment showed that different form N combined with Ca could affect the quality, the Ca forms and contents of rape markedly. The optimum Ca rate could increase the rape yield and reduce the nitrate content in rape. Except Res- Ca, the contents of total Ca and other five kinds of Ca increased significantly after application of Ca fertilizer. Considered every index, the order of better effects of three nitrogen forms on rape growth and quality was Mixed 1 : 1 〉 only NO3^- - N 〉 only NH4^ + - N. The proper Ca level (600 mg/kg) with mixed NO3^- - N and NH4^+ - N ( 1 : 1 ) could improve the quality of rape and increase the content of total Ca.
