摘要
针对工业产业现状,研究了工业产业核心能力的内涵,认为工业产业核心能力是指工业产业在区域之间的竞争中快速实现先进技术的获取、积累、激活与运用的能力,表现为较强的技术学习能力与技术创新能力。在此基础上,构造了具有可操作性的评价指标体系,并采用模糊决策法对2004年中国31个地区工业产业核心能力进行了比较评价。通过对各地区工业产业核心能力评价值与产品销售收入进行聚类分析,表明了该评价模型的合理性。
In view of the industry actuality, this paper first studies the connotation of the industry core competence, and points out that the industry core competence means that the industry owns the competence to rapidly realize technical obtaining, accumulation, activation and use among the competition of districts, and includes the technical learning competence and technical innovation competence; Then, it establishes the index system of China's industry core competence with maneuverability ; Last, it adopts the fuzzy decision-making method to evaluate 31 regions' industry core competence in China, and it proves that the evaluation model is reasonable by clustering analysis on 31 regions' industry core competence and output sell revenue.
