腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术后并发症的护理

Nursing of Complication after Abdominoperineal Radical Operation of Rectal Cancer

目的总结低位直肠癌行腹会阴联合根治术后并发症的护理方法。方法对47例低位直肠癌患者行腹会阴联合根治术,观察其并发症的发生情况,并给予相应的护理。结果47例患者术后发生肠梗阻1例、会阴部切口感染1例、肠造口坏死1例、肠造口狭窄1例、尿潴留3例,经治疗与护理后均康复出院。结论低位直肠癌腹会阴联合根治术后,应加强病情观察,注意引流管及导尿管的护理,肠造口及时扩肛,可减少并发症的发生和促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss the nursing radical operation of rectal cancer. Methods method of the complication after abdominoperineal The nursing methods of 47 cases were analysed the complications treatments of them were observed and taking corresponding nursing care. Results One patient had ileus, 1 perineum incision infection, 1 intestinal stomas infarction, 1 intestinal sto- mas narrowness and 3 urinary retention, all were relieved markedly after treatment and nursing. Conclusion It＇s essential to strength observation to patients＇ condition after operation, pay atten- tion to drain and catheter nursing,in-timely enlarge anus for intestinal stomas to reduce occurrence of complications and promote patients recovery.
