摘要
5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)与甲醛在水中,以碳酸钾为催化剂回流8 h,合成了1,3-二羟甲基-5-氟尿嘧啶.并通过合成1,3-二羟甲基-5-氟尿嘧啶-1,10-邻菲咯啉-过渡金属三元配合物及1,3-二羟甲基-5-氟尿嘧啶-1,10-邻菲咯啉-2-氨基吡啶-过渡金属四元配合物两个系列配合物,研究了其配位性质,通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱等手段对化合物进行了表征.
1,3-dimethylol-5-fluorouracil was synthesized and characterized by the reaction of 5-fluorouracil (5- FU) and formaldehyde in water catalyzed by potassium carbonate in this paper. Two serials of ternary complexes of 1,3-dimethylol-5-fluorouracil were synthesized to research its coordinative property and the complexes were characterized by UV (visible-ultraviolet spectra), fluorescence spectra and IR (infrared spectra) in the second part.
