An Optimization Design of Computer Programming for Three-shaft Sliding Gears Mechanism Main Group

本文根据给定的螺距的螺距参数调配表，能自动地确定出基本组的相应传动比，并确定出齿轮齿数和相应传动比的齿轮配置，从中产生出一些可行方案供设计者根据机床的实际情况进行择优选用，从而使设计者能真正得到最佳基本组方案．

Three-shaft sliding gear mechanism is used as the main group for cutting threads. An optimization design is presented, which not only could auto- matically determine the correponding transmission ratios of a certain main group but lso could quickly compute the relevant factors about the teeth numbers of the gears and the disposal of the gears for each transmission ratio in optinum conditions, according to the given thread pitch paramrter adjustment disposal table in all possible versions.
