加大可再生能源开发是推行低碳经济的重要途径。文章在研究分析上海发展可再生能源的基础优势和制约瓶颈的基础上,提出了促进上海可再生能源有序发展的对策建议。

Developing renewable energies is an important way for low-carbon economy. In this paper, we researched and analyzed the advantages and bottlenecks of renewable energies development in Shanghai, and proposed some countermeasures and proposals on promoting the development of renewable energies.
