摘要 针对某企业ABS车间振动筛噪声达到95 dB以上,严重影响工人正常工作这一问题,为了改善工作环境,对其噪声进行了分析、治理.通过对现场噪声的采集分析,结合生产性噪声的特点,采用沈阳工业大学振动噪声研究所研制的宽频带组合式吸声板,设计出了组合式隔声罩,对振动筛噪声进行了治理.治理后的振动筛噪声达到了国家规定的标准,提高了生产效率,证明了采用此隔声罩具有很好的实际降噪效果.操作工人在安静的环境下工作,注意力集中,大大减少了由于断丝带来的废品率. The noise pollution of vibration sieve in ABS Workshop of a enterprise is serious, which is above 95dB and seriously influences the normal work of workers. In order to improve the working environment, the analysis and control of noise are needed. Through gathering and analyzing the scene noise as well as combining the productive characteristic of noise, the wide band combined sound absorbing baffler developed by the Vibration and Noise Research Institute of Shenyang University of Technology was adopted, and the combined acoustical enclosure was designed to control noise. Thus, the noise of vibration sieve reaches the requirement of the national standard, and the production efficiency gets the significant enhancement. It is proved that adopting the acoustical enclosure has the good effect in noise reduction. The workers can pay much more attention in work under the peaceful environment, which reduces the waster rate greatly.
