摘要 为解决独手或具有单手活动能力残疾人的出行问题,基于人机工程学的原理和方法,根据人体测量数据,对单手驱动残疾人车主要外形尺寸进行了设计,并对其结构尺寸、驱动系统和舒适性等进行了分析,设计出结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠的单手驱动残疾人车.该车由前轮机构、车架、座椅机构和两个后轮构成,其前轮为主动轮,不仅能单手驱动行驶,而且能够控制转向,座椅高度可调,并能在水平面360°任意转动,便于使用者从不同角度上下车. In order to solve the trip problem of the disabled people with single-hand activity, the main external dimensions of single-hand driven disabled vehicles were determined based on the measured data of human body as well as the principle and method of ergonomics. The structural size, driven system and comfortability of the vehicle were analyzed. The single-hand driven disabled vehicle with simple structure, convenient operation and good reliability was designed. The vehicle consists of front-wheel mechanism, vehicle frame, seat mechanism and two rear wheels, and the front wheel is the drive wheel. The single-hand driving can be realized and the steering can be controlled for the vehicle. The seat height can also be adjusted, and the seat can be arbitrarily rotated on horizontal plane, which is convenient for the users to get on or off from different angle.
