摘要 为让高职教育的学生和教师十分清楚专业培养总目标和阶段性目标,更好地引导学生做好职业定向与学业规划,进行高职教育"三年规划分年实施"管理体系创新,有效解决"工学结合,校企合作"人才培养过程中实践教学的随意性问题,确保实践教学的计划性、可控性。实践表明,这种管理体系在实现教学过程精细化管理和提高人才培养质量方面均取得了令人满意的效果。 In order to help students and teachers make clear of the general and stage objectives about the specialized field developing in higher vocational colleges, the management system of "three- year-pianning and annual implementation" has been proposed, which better guides the students to do a good job in occupation orientation and academic planning, and solve the practical teaching problem in a talent training process of "working-learning integration & school-enterprise cooperation" pattern, and also can ensure the arrangement and controllability of the practical teaching. The practice in the major of Application of Electronic Technology shows that the management system can realize accurate teaching management and has greatly improved the quality of talent training.
