关于高职院校“双师型”专业教学团队建设的思考

On Constructing "Dual-qualification" Teacher Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

建设"双师型"专业教学团队是现阶段提高高职师资队伍整体素质的有效途径,对实现培养高素质应用技能人才的目标具有重要意义。"双师型"专业教学团队的建设可以从培养专业教师的双师素质、优化组合专任教师与兼职教师的比例结构、有效提升团队整体合力等方面来实现。

Constructiing Dual-qualification teacher team is an effective way to improve teachers＂ level in higher voeational colleges, which is significantly important to achieve the goal of bringing up high quality talents with applied skills. Construction of Dual-qualification teacher team could be realized through three aspects. Firstly, cultivate Dual-qualification for professional teachers. Secondly, optimize the proportion and structure of the full-time and the part-time teachers. Finally enhance the overall team strength effectively.
