随着国际贸易的发展,信用证受益人(出口商)在信用证业务操作中,不断遇到新问题,UCP500已经不能完全满足和适应实际业务的需要,而UCP600的执行,在措辞、结构等方面克服了UCP500的不足,更能适应变化发展中的外贸业务需要,也更加有利于受益人。因此,在信用证业务操作中,出口商应尽量采用UCP600,并避免由于单证不符遭到拒付的风险。

With the development of international trade, the Beneficiary of L/C （Exporter） often meets new problems in L/C business. UCP500 has not been able to satisfy or adapt to the requirement of real business, while the implementation of UCP600 and its innovation on words ＆ structures overcomes the shortcoming of UCP500. UCP600 is more suitable for requirements of foreign business, and it is also more favorable for the Beneficiary, and so in L/C business, the exporters should use UCP600 so as to avoid the dishonor risks because of the discrepancies.
