进城务工人员权益保护探析

劳动者主体地位缺失,生命权没有保障,技能培训受限制是进城务工人员的权益保护的现实状况。这有政府管理上的原因,也有进城务工人员自身的因素。解决进城务工人员权益保护问题需要在健全进城务工人员权益保护的管理体系、提高进城务工人员的整体素质、营造关爱进城务工人员的氛围等方面努力。

Lack of the labourers＂ dominant position, life rights being not guaranteed, and the skills training being restricted have become social problems on protecting the migrant workers＂ rights and interests. The reason is many-sided, such as the government management or the migrant workers＂ own problems. Solving the migrant workers＂ problem needs high regard from the government, such as to improve the management system of migrant workers＂ rights, to protect migrant workers＂ benefits, to build the establishment of the labourers＂ dominant position, to improve the migrant workers＂ overall quality, and to create the atmosphere of caring for and protecting migrant workers.
