血塞通、地塞米松、尿激酶治疗糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of Xue-Sai-Tong Combination Urokinase and Dexamethasone for Diabetes Mellitus Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的观察血塞通+地塞米松+尿激酶治疗糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法将25例患者随机分为治疗组14例选用血塞通+地塞米松+尿激酶治疗,对照组11例单用尿激酶治疗,治疗前后对患者各进行一次血液流变学、彩色超声多普勒检查。结果治疗组疗效及再通率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善,而治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血塞通+地塞米松+尿激酶能降低血液黏度、改善血液流变性,对糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓形成有较明显疗效,且安全可靠,是治疗糖尿病下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效药物。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xue-sai-tong combined with Urokinase and dexamethasone for diabetes mellitus lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（DMLWDVT）. Methods 25 cases with DMLWDV were randomly assigned to control group（ n = 11 ） and treatment group（ n = 14）. The control group received Urokinase while the treatment group received Xue-sai-tong combined with Urokinase and Dexamethasone. The patients underwent hemorheology and color Doppler check before and after the therapy. Results The curative efficacy and the clearing of thrombus in the treated group were better than control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The hemorheology indexes were improved in both groups, and was obvious in the treated group as compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xue-sai-tong combined with Urokinase and Dexamethasone are safety and effective for DMLWDV by reducing blood viscosity and improving the hemorheology indexes.
