摘要
目的观察鼠神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法将足月HIE患儿68例随机分为两组,治疗组使用鼠神经生长因子,对照组使用胞二磷胆碱、脑活素治疗,并给予早期干预,生后3 d内做脑电监测,生后1周及生后4周时,分别做头颅CT平扫、脑电监测及新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)。结果治疗组在头颅CT恢复程度、NBNA测定方面均优于对照组。结论鼠神经生长因子对促进新生儿HIE中枢神经系统功能恢复有明显作用。
Objective To observe curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF) on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 68 neonates with HIE were randomly divided into two groups; mouse nerve growth factor treated group,citicoline and cerebrolysin treated control group and early intervention was dane, EEG monitoring was done within three days after born. CT scan, EEG monitoring and neonatal behavior neurological assessment(N[INA) was performed on 1 week and 4 week after born. Results The newborns in treated group showed notably better results than those in control group in terms of the degree of recovery shown by skull CT,NBNA determination. Conclusion NGF has notable effect on recovery of the function of central nervous system in neonatal HIE patients.
