Progress in Study of New Drugs for Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis

摘要 多发性硬化症(MS)是一种慢性脱髓鞘疾病。文章简要介绍多发性硬化症的特征。综述治疗MS的单克隆抗体—达克珠单抗及其临床疗效、脱氧核糖核酸疫苗—BHT3009的质粒构建和随机的安慰剂对照Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期临床试验以及减轻MS患者疼痛药物—sativex等新药研究进展。 The multiple sclerosis(MS)is a chronic demyelinating disease. In this paper, a brief introduction to the character of MS is described. Progress in study of new drugs, such as monclonal antibody-Daclizumab and its clinical efficacy, the construction of DNA vaccine-BHT-3009 and its randomized, pla2 cebo-controlled phase I and II trial and new analgesic-Sativex for treatment of MS was reviewed.
