摘要
建立了网络计划进度的风险分析模型，通过仿真获得工程系统的进度估计及其统计分布特性，从而获得工程总工期的风险分布，并通过一个实例加以说明，可用于进度分析和管理决策。
This paper establishes the schedule risk analysis model of network planning. Based on the simulation method, schedule estimate and statistical distribution of projects are given, then the risk distribution of total period is obtained. A case study is presented in detail to illustrate the risk analysis process. The model can be used in schedule risk analysis and management decision.
