摘要
提出了一个协商支持系统的结构模型，用于在多方协商和谈判活动中促成一个满意、合理的协议。在协商出现冲突时，系统运用集对分析和物元分析的方法对各方的协商条件提出调整和转化的合理建议，即在对协商双方需求（要求）集所组成的同、容、反分析的基础上，发现冲突所在，同时发现潜在的可能促成协商成功的因素。然后运用物元变换的方法进行调整和转化，尽可能地达成满意的协议。
A bargaining support system is presented in this paper.It is helpful for reaching a reasonable and satisfactory agreement in multi agent bargaining and negotiations.When conflict occurs, BSS suggests refined new proposals using Set pair Analysis and Matter Element Analysis technique.A desirable agreement could be easily made by means of this BSS.This paper lays special emphasis on conflict resolution strategies in bargaining and negotiations.
