摘要
选用河南产储藏2 a的商用小麦,设定不同的虫口密度,检测不同感染时间的小麦水分和容重,分析水分、容重随虫口密度和感染时间的变化及其差异性和相关性.结果表明,随着虫口密度增加和感染时间延长,样品水分增加,容重降低;80头/kg和160头/kg感染60 d时,样品水分和容重测定值呈极显著性差异;水分与虫口密度和感染时间均呈极显著正相关(r=0.329,r=0.711),容重与感染时间呈极显著负相关(r=-0.624).
The mixed wheat harvested in Henan province stored for two years was taken as a test sample. Different population densities were set, and the moisture content and the test weight of wheat were measured at different infection time, then the changes of moisture content and test weight of wheat along with the population density and the infection time, as well as their differences and correlations, were analyzed. The result showed that moisture content increases and test weight reduces as the population density of lesser grain borers and the infection time increase, that both moisture content and test weight have a significant difference between population density of 80 and 160/kg during a 60-day infection, and that the moisture content is in very significant positive correlation with both infection time and population density respectively (r = 0. 329, r = 0. 711 ) , while the test weight is in very significant negative correlation with the infection time (r = -0. 624).
