基于图像处理技术测定大米加工精度图像采集条件的研究 被引量:7

RESEARCH ON IMAGE ACQUISITION CONDITIONS FOR DETERMINATION OF RICE MILLING DEGREE BASED ON IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

摘要 采用计算机图像处理技术对大米加工精度测定进行研究,大米图像质量的高低影响测定结果的准确性.分别对光源、背景、分辨率、图像增强、储存格式等因素进行探讨,确定了合适的图像采集条件.结果表明:选择合适的图像获取条件能准确地测定大米加工精度,系统测定值与国标法测定值相关系数R2=0.935 4. Determination of the rice milling degree by image processing technology was investigated, and the rice image quality can influence the accuracy of the determination result. The proper image acquisition conditions were determined by investigating the following factors: light source, background, resolution, image enhancement, storage format, etc. The results showed that the rice milling degree can be determined accurately by selecting the proper image acquisition conditions, and the correlation coefficient R^2 between a system determination value and a value determined by national standard method is equal to 0. 935 4.
