人才缺乏是物业管理行业所面临的发展瓶颈,高职层次的物业管理专业定位对人才培养质量,以及毕业生的就业竞争力有着决定性的影响力。因此,阐述在"绿色教育"理念指导下,物业管理专业建设的几点举措,借此为物业管理事业添绿,为学生铺设绿色人生。

The lack of human resources is the bottlenecks in the development of property management.The specialty orientation of estate management majors in higher vocational colleges has a decisive effect on quality of talent training and employment competitive ability of graduates.This paper, with the experience of author, introduces some measures for estate management major construction ,which is built under the guidance of Green Education, And on this to promote green cause development and to construete students＇ green life.
