就业是民生之本,促进大学生充分就业是政府、社会、学校和家庭的共同责任。当下就业市场对大学生的要求已从重视学历、能力,过渡到重视职业态度。职业态度是一个综合概念。积极的职业态度更能赢得用人单位的青眯。职业态度的内涵包括职业认知、职业情感和职业行为。积极的职业态度需从树立远大的职业抱负;正确认识自我,加强自我修养;正确认识职业,培养职业情感;做好职业生涯规划;家庭的良性影响等几方面来实现。
The government, society, school and family have the common responsibility to promote students＇ full employment, because employment has a vital bearing on the people＇s livelihood. At present the requirement of job market to college students has changed from emphasizing on education background and ability to emphasizing on vocational attitude. A positive vocational attitude can win employers＇ favor. The connotation of vocational attitude includes vocational cognition, vocational emotion and vocational manner. The realization of a positive vocational attitude requires having a great vocational ambition; developing self-awareness correctly and enhancing self-improvement; understanding the career correctly and training vocational emotional; making a good plan for the career path; having good family background.
