摘要
在全球经济与人口结构迅速转变下,国内外教育市场竞争日趋激烈,而传统僵化的教育体制也面临了极大的冲击与挑战。近年来,台湾在少子化、教育政策松绑及大众化高等教育等趋势下,职业技术教育(简称"技职教育")发展问题不断显现,亟需突破现有困境,再创新契机。
Under the rapid transformation of global economic and population structure, the traditional and rigid educational system is facing extreme challenges with the intense global education competition day by day.In recent years, because of decline in birthrates, deregulation of education policy and mass higher education, Taiwan had developed problems in TEVT unceasingly and needs to break through its core dilemma by finding the turning point.
