摘要
以江苏技术师范学院2008级3 757名大学新生为调查对象,采用UPI量表进行心理健康状况调查与分析。结果显示:新生的心理健康状况总体良好,但部分学生在人际关系、情绪、学习、强迫症状等方面存在问题。高校应构建积极的发展性心理健康教育工作模式,以帮助新生学会自我心理调适,缩短新生入学适应期,为后续学习与心理健康发展奠定良好的基础。
The University Personality Invention （UPI）was used in the current research to explore the mental health of 3,757 freshmen of Jiangsu Teachers＇ University of Technology. The results of the research show that the students＇ mental health is generally well, but some students have mental health problems, such as interpersonal relationships, emotions, study and obsessive-compulsive disorder. University should construct positive developmental working mode of mental health education, to improve freshmen＇s ability of psychological self-adjustment and to help freshmen to shorten the adaptation period. It can also lay the good foundation to improve freshmen＇ s quality of mental health and study.
