摘要
采用活性基团拼接法,将S-(+)-3-甲基-2-对氯苯基丁酸引入到含氮杂环的酰基(硫)脲结构中,合成了8个未见文献报道的N-取代-S-(+)-3-甲基-2-对氯苯基丁酰基(硫)脲,化合物的结构经IR,1H NMR和元素分析确证.
Eight new N-substituted-S- ( + ) -3 -methyl-2- (4-chlorophenyl) butyryl (thio) urea compounds were synthesized from the start material of S-( + )-3-methyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)butyric acid. The structure of the target compounds were analysed by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR and IR spectra.
