摘要
钙钛矿结构氧化物BaTiO3因其优良的铁电、介电性质而显示出广泛的应用前景.介绍了过渡金属掺杂对BaTiO3晶体结构的影响,综述BaTiO3基材料磁性能的研究现状.
Being a perovskite oxide, BaTiO3 has shown a wide range of potential applications due to its excellent ferroelectric and dielectric properties. In this paper, the influence of transition-metal doping on crystal structure of BaTiO3 is introduced, and the recent research progress on magnetic properties of BaTiO3 - based materials is also reviewed.
