儿童肺炎血清C反应蛋白的测定及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨C-反应蛋白(C-reactive prote in,CRP)检测在儿童肺炎中的意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定血清CRP含量。结果80例急性细菌性肺炎患儿(A组)阳性率为80%;60例支原体肺炎患儿(B组)阳性率为30.16%;50例健康儿童(C组)CRP阳性率为2.0%。A组、B组与C组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),A组与B组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。细菌感染组血清CRP浓度与血液白细胞总数之间有很好的相关性(P<0.05),CRP浓度升高比血液白细胞计数更敏感。结论CRP的测定可作为肺炎病原体的辅助诊断手段,并对临床用药有一定的指导意义。
