目前,国内职业教育的主要研究范式包括:传统范式、基本研究范式、起点范式、方式范式、要素范式、工作过程研究范式、问题研究范式、取向范式等;主要的研究方法包括:任务分析法、功能分析法、多学科研究方法、跨学科研究方法等。通过阐述职业教育研究范式和研究方法的关系,进一步探讨它们对职业教育发展的重大意义。

This paper has summarized the main research paradigm and approach of vocational education at home. The research paradigm of vocational education mainly includes： traditional paradigm, basic research paradigm, working course research paradigm, paradigm of the starting, basic research paradigm, paradigm of the way, paradigm of the orientation and paradigm of the key element. The research approach mainly includes： analytic ap- proach of the task, analytic approach of the function, multi-disciplinary research approach and interdisciplinary research approach. The relation between the research paradigm of vocational education and research approach as well as great significance for vocational education＇ s development has explained.
